article language must be English. The text must be in a single column format in
Microsoft Word document format. The Article Template and Copyright

Authors should carefully review the list and order of authors before submitting
their article and provide the definitive list of authors at the time of original

for the change in the author list from the corresponding author and (b)
confirmation from all authors that they accept the changes.
5) The
abstract should briefly state the purpose of the research and the important
results of the study and should not exceed 250 words.
6) Graphical

Methods/Materials and Methods: Should provide
information that will allow the work to be reproduced . Published methods
should be cited with a reference, and only relevant changes should be
described.
Theory/Computation: The
introduction should not repeat the background information of the article, but
should expand it and form the basis for further work. The calculation section
should cover how to move from theoretical knowledge to practice.
Findings: Should
be clear and concise.
Discussion: Should
demonstrate the significance of the study results, not repeat them. A combined
Results and Discussion section may be used. Extensive quotations and discussion
of published literature should be avoided.

research are listed here (language assistance, writing assistance, etc.).

conflict of interest (if any, it should be stated).
Author
Contributions: Author contributions should be
stated according to the “Contributor Roles Classification” (CRediT) system. For

according to the Vancouver Citation System. In the field of
science, the Vancouver footnote or in-text system, whichever is
commonly used, may be preferred.

Author Guide
Authors' Duties and
Responsibilities
Authorship and
Contribution
Authorship should be
limited to those who have made significant contributions to the conception,
design, execution, or interpretation of the work. All significant contributors
should be listed as co-authors. If there are minor contributions to the work, such
as language editing, these should be listed in the acknowledgments section. The
corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors have seen and approved
the final version of the paper and have agreed to submit it for publication.
Authors are expected to carefully review the list and order of authors before
submitting their paper and to provide a definitive list of authors at the time
of original submission. Only in exceptional cases will the editor consider the
addition, deletion, or rearrangement of authors after the paper has been
submitted. All authors must agree to any such addition, deletion, or
rearrangement. Authors assume joint responsibility for the work .
Author Change Requests
Addition, deletion or
rearrangement of author names in the author list can only be done before the
article is accepted and only if approved by the journal Editor.
If such a change is
requested, the Editor will request from the corresponding author (a) the reason
for the change in the list of authors and (b) written confirmation (e-mail)
from all authors that they agree to the addition. Only in exceptional cases will
the Editor consider the addition, deletion or rearrangement of authors after
the article has been accepted.
Article Writing
Authors of original
research papers must address the topic with originality and objective
discussion. The paper must include sufficient detail and references to allow
others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or knowingly false statements
constitute unethical conduct and are unacceptable.
Originality
The author must provide
assurance that the article is original, has not been published elsewhere
before, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere or in another
language.
Original Source Usage and
Citation
Authors must ensure that
they write completely original work and that if they use the work or words of
others, this is properly cited. Information obtained privately, such as in
conversations, correspondence or discussions with third parties, should not be
used without the express written permission of the source.
Data Access and Storage
Authors may be asked to
provide research data supporting their articles for editorial review and/or to
comply with the journal's open data requirements. Authors should be prepared to
provide public access to such data, if possible, and to store such data for a
reasonable period after publication. Our journal recommends that research data
be uploaded to TUBITAK's Aperta Portal.
Multiple and Simultaneous
Broadcasting
An author should not
publish an article containing the same research in more than one journal. It is
unethical to submit the same article to more than one journal at the same time.
An author should not submit a previously published article for consideration in
another journal, except in the form of an abstract.
Publication of Survey and
Interview Based Studies
For research requiring
ethics committee approval in all branches of science, ethics committee approval
must be obtained, and this approval must be stated and documented in the
article. In research requiring ethics committee approval, information regarding
the permission (name of the committee, date and issue number) must be included
in the method section, as well as on one of the first/last pages of the
article; in case reports, information indicating that the informed
consent/assent form was signed must be included in the article.
Conflict of Interest
Any financial or other
interest that could compromise the person's work, significantly impair
objectivity, or provide an unfair advantage to any person or organization. All
sources of financial support received during the conduct of the research and
preparation of the article and the role of sponsors in the work should be
disclosed. If there is no funding source, this should also be stated. Examples
of potential conflicts of interest that should be disclosed include
consultancies, honoraria, and grants. Potential conflicts of interest should be
disclosed at the earliest possible stage.
Error Reporting
When an author discovers
a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, they must promptly
notify the journal. It is the author's obligation to cooperate in retracting or
correcting the paper if deemed necessary by the editor. If the editor or
publisher learns from a third party that a published work contains an error, it
is the author's obligation to cooperate with the editor, including notifying
the editor.
Image Integrity
It is unacceptable to
enhance, darken, move, remove or add any particular feature in an image.
Authors must adhere to the policy for graphic images implemented by the
journal.
